Specification: 4-Stage Telescopic Cylinder — 150/130-1060, 115/105-1110, 90/75-1120, 60/50-1150 (telescopic cylinder, multi stage cylinder, dump truck cylinder, tipper cylinder)

4-stage single-acting telescopic type, clevis mount on both ends. S4 starts at 150mm bore with 130mm rod, 1060mm stroke. Then S3 steps down to 115/105×1110, S2 at 90/75×1120, and the inner S1 finishes at 60/50×1150. Retracted length sits around 1300mm, fully extended you get about 5740mm — total working stroke 4440mm.

Outer two stages (S4, S3) use 27SiMn seamless honed tube, inner two (S2, S1) are 20# seamless honed. All stages have roller-burnished ID. Stop rings are 42CrMo material, quenched to HRC 48-52, contact face ground flat.

Rods in CK45 or 40Cr, induction hardened first, then hard chrome plated to 25-35 micron, hardness sitting at HV 800-950 range. Salt spray tested 96 hours minimum.

Sealing: standard PU U-cup with NBR backup O-ring on all four stages, PTFE-bronze guide rings, double lip wiper at each stage entry. Hydraulic ports: S4 takes G1/2, S2 takes G3/8. Red dust caps included.

Clevis ends forged from 45# steel, bushings hardened to HRC 55-60. All weld zones get post-weld stress relief.

Every cylinder tested stage by stage — 25MPa hydrostatic hold for 5 minutes per stage, then a low pressure sequencing run at 0.5MPa to confirm S4 extends first followed by S3, S2, S1 in order. After that, 50 full cycles at 21MPa working pressure with leak inspection.

Direct bolt-on replacement for Hyva FC/FE and Penta MB series dump truck cylinders. Pin centers and clevis dimensions match OEM spec.
