1. Gland seal
To prevent rust, all hydraulic cylinder components must be cleaned and rust-proof in front of the hydraulic cylinder installation.
2. Piston rod
This telescopic hydraulic cylinder has 2 piston rods.Precision ground, polished, and hard chrome plated piston rods made from high yield strength steel .The piston is threaded onto rod with mating pilot diameters to ensure concentricity.The pistons of this telescopic hydraulic cylinder are integrated with the piston rod, not welded.One piece high tensile cast iron piston with wide surface area contacting cylinder bore stabilizes rod and reduces bearing loads.
3. Gland installation
Insert the guide on the piston rod,Use the protective sleeve to tap the guide onto the piston rod.
4. Cylinder installation
Install the Gland and piston rod into the cylinder.Screw tight gland.The piston retracts into the cylinder
5. Hydraulic cylinder head installation
Turned the cylinder ,install the second piston rod.Tighten the piston rod and install the set screw.The screw is aligned with the hole of the cylinder head and the screw is fixed.
