Piston rod installation
The piston rod needs to be lifted by the crane then fixed on the workbench.
Install the hoop and the circlip to the piston rod in advance, and this part will be installed into the cylinder at final step.
The gland is fitted with sealing ring, dust seal, support ring in advance, then installed into the piston rod.
Piston installation
The piston is fixed by screw rotation, and the seal rings,support rings are essential components.
Piston Locked up
There are usually many ways to lock the piston, some direct welded the piston, some are locked by screws, high pressure hydraulic cylinder usually locked by the riding screw.
This piston has two parts,after install the piston,,then positioning points, drilling, measuring hole depth, chamfering, tapping, mounting the riding screw.
Cylinder installation
The cylinders are welded and cleaned in advance , fixed on a self-made rack by a crane.
Lift the piston rod with the guide and piston into the cylinder.
After the gland installed into the cylinder, the iron ring is placed in the slot.
The pre-inserted iron ring and circlip are mounted to lock the guide.The piston rod is retracted into the cylinder and the installation is completed.
