Our factory's hydraulic cylinder production line consists of ten production lines with a high degree of automation, enabling automatic transfer and loading/unloading of workpieces between various processes. It is equipped with robots, internal and external cylindrical rough and finish machining equipment, as well as deep hole scraping and rolling machines, CNC turning centers, etc. Each machine is equipped with a tool detection device to ensure stable machining dimensions and can process various types of oil cylinders.

Our factory specializes in undertaking hydraulic cylinder OEM business, with ten highly automated production lines equipped with robots and precision machining equipment. We can customize various types of cylinders according to customers' drawings and parameters. Relying on tool detection devices to ensure dimensional accuracy, we support batch OEM, conduct full-process quality control from raw materials to finished products, meet customization needs of different industries, and deliver efficiently, stably and reliably.

Our factory's hydraulic cylinder R&D team focuses on structural optimization and performance upgrading. Equipped with hydraulic test benches, fatigue testing machines and other equipment, it can simulate working conditions such as high pressure, high and low temperatures, and test sealing performance, load-bearing capacity and durability. Through material improvement and process innovation, we continuously enhance product adaptability, ensure new products meet strict industry standards, and provide technical support for customized needs.
