Manufactured under ISO 6020/2 mounting interface standard. Cylinder body constructed from 27SiMn / CK45 honed tube, bore range 40 mm – 200 mm, rod surface hardened and chrome-plated to 30–50 μm thickness, Ra ≤ 0.2 μm surface roughness.
Double-acting 4-cylinder rack-and-pinion mechanism delivers torque output up to 50,000 Nm at 210 Bar working pressure (peak 250 Bar). Standard rotation angle configurable 140°, 160°, 180°, 190°, with mechanical end-stop and adjustable cushioning.
Seal kit: Parker / Hallite polyurethane U-cup + PTFE step seal, NBR / Viton optional for high-temp. Rod wiper with metal scraper prevents external contamination ingress. Port thread G 1/2″ – G 1″ or SAE flanged, port orientation customizable on request.
Splined output shaft (DIN 5480) or keyed shaft (ISO R773) option. Foot mount with 8× through-bolt pattern, or flange mount available. Pinion gear 42CrMo forged, quenched and tempered to HRC 50–55, rack teeth induction hardened.
Interchangeable with: Parker HTR / HTRS series, Helac L30 series, Eaton Char-Lynn rotary actuator footprint. Target applications: dump truck tipping, marine steering, construction manipulator, agricultural sprayer boom swing, truck-mounted crane rotation.
