Guoyue Hydraulics Industrial Tie-Rod Hydraulic Cylinder — 150mm Bore × 100mm Rod × 125mm Stroke, 4-Tie-Rod Construction, Clevis Mount, Double-Acting, 21 MPa

Tie-rod series, 150mm bore, 100mm rod, 125mm stroke. Four tie rods with hex nuts holding the front and rear square caps together. This is the old-school industrial design — dead simple, easy to tear down and reseal in the field with basic tools. No special fixtures needed.
Barrel is 27SiMn seamless honed tube, end caps are ductile iron or cast steel, square pattern with countersunk bolt holes on the sides. Tie rods run outside the barrel, threaded at both ends, secured with hex nuts at the rear cap. All four rods and nuts painted the same blue as the body.
Rod is CK45/40Cr, hard chrome plated 20-30 micron, surface polished. Has a threaded clevis on the end with a blue lock nut — you can adjust the clevis orientation by loosening the nut, clock it to where you need it, then lock it back down. Simple but it works.
Ports are on the side of each square cap, G1/2 size. Front cap has the rod-side port, rear cap has the blind-side port. Both accessible from the side, which is handy when you've got tight overhead clearance.
Sealing: standard PU U-cup on the piston, NBR O-ring backup, double lip wiper on the rod gland. Nothing proprietary — any hydraulic shop can supply seals for these. The yellow QC label on the barrel has model traceability and inspection stamps.
Tested at 25MPa hydrostatic for 3 minutes, then full-stroke cycling at 21MPa. Each unit gets a pass stamp on the label before it leaves.
These are general-purpose workhorses — machine tool clamps, molding press ejectors, ag equipment, automation fixtures. Not fancy, but tough. If you blow a seal, you unbolt the four tie rod nuts, slide the cap off, swap the seals, and you're back running in under an hour.
