Piston rod: induction-hardened, chrome-plated 30–50 μm, surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.2 μm, corrosion-resistant to ISO 9227 (NSS ≥ 96 h), surface hardness ≥ 55 HRC.
Long stroke design — 2040 mm stroke length, piston rod buckling verified per Euler buckling calculation at maximum rated pressure 250 Bar; suitable for extended linear motion applications.
