CGH1MT4/160/90/300A1X/B1CGUMWW is a dual acting, dual piston rod hydraulic actuator designed specifically for the steel metallurgy industry, providing stable, precise, and long-lasting power output in key processes such as continuous casting, rolling, and shearing.

The diameter of the piston rods on both sides is 90mm, and the force flow is symmetrical during the pushing and pulling process, effectively eliminating eccentric loads and significantly reducing the risk of piston tilting and seal wear - especially suitable for synchronous driving scenarios that require high alignment accuracy.

High temperature resistant seal, hard chromium+reinforced coating piston rod, IP67 protection level, enable it to easily cope with common high temperature radiation, iron oxide scale impact, water vapor corrosion, and dust pollution in steel mills, significantly extending its service life.

With a 160mm cylinder diameter and a 300mm stroke, it provides over 400kN of push-pull force while maintaining high rigidity through a double rod structure, avoiding shaking or crawling during long strokes and ensuring smooth and reliable movement.
