Manufactured in accordance with ISO 6022 and DIN 24333 heavy-duty mill standards.
This unit features an 80mm bore with a 56mm high-tensile rod and a 340mm stroke.
Rated working pressure is 250 Bar (25 MPa), designed for high-cycle fatigue resistance in steel mills and heavy machinery.
MT4 Intermediate Trunnion Mounting: Equipped with precision-ground trunnion pins to provide superior pivot flexibility and load balancing during operation.
Bolted head and flange construction allows for simplified maintenance and long-term reliability in harsh foundry environments.
Piston rod is manufactured from C45 steel, induction hardened and hard chrome plated (thickness 30-50μm, Ra ≤ 0.4μm) for maximum wear protection.
Sealing system utilizes premium multi-lip composite seals (NBR/Viton) with secondary metal-cased wipers to exclude contaminants.
Fully interchangeable with Rexroth CDH1, Parker, and Eaton industrial mill-type cylinders in all mounting dimensions.
