Unlike standard NBR seals, our metallurgical range uses high-fluorine Viton compounds. These seals remain flexible and leak-proof at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F), preventing catastrophic fluid leaks in critical zones.
To combat abrasive scale and dust, our piston rods undergo a proprietary multi-layer plating process (Chrome over Nickel). This provides superior corrosion resistance and a surface hardness that resists scratching from metallic debris.
We specialize in large-bore hydraulic cylinders that are the heavy lifters of the industry. From furnace tilting to ladle turret rotation, our custom-engineered solutions are built to the exact specifications of international steel giants.
